□ In May 2025, the young population aged 15 to 29 totaled 7.974 million persons, which decreased by 200 thousand persons compared to May 2024.
□ It took 4 years and 4.4 months on average to graduate from a university (including a 2-year or 3-year college), which grew by 0.6 months year-on-year.
□ The young population with job experience while attending a school stood at 43.2%, which fell by 0.4%p year-on-year.
□ The young population with employment experience after graduation, dropout or course completion stood at 86.4%, which rose by 0.2%p year-on-year.
□ It took 11.3 months on average to get the first job as a wage worker after graduation, dropout or course completion, which decreased by 0.2 months year-on-year.
□ 14.5% of the economically inactive young population prepared for employment exams, rising by 0.6%p year-on-year.
